Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join
their Employee Benefits team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of
contact for day-to-day service
Oversee the development and execution of client benefits
strategies, including self-funded plans
Support revenue growth through client expansion and assist in
prospecting and proposal development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
12+ years of health and welfare experience with a proven track
record
Experience managing complex self-funded client accounts
Advanced technical knowledge of self-funded medical and dental
plans
Active Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License required
