Job Description:

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Access & Affordability - Patient Support Services.
Key Responsibilities

Manage relationships with manufacturers and oversee daily workflow of staff
Monitor call center staff interactions and ensure accuracy in communications
Compile research and data for reports and provide updates to clients

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Five years of relevant work experience, including call center management
Minimum 5-7 years of pharmacy, healthcare, or related work experience
Understanding of insurance and pharmacy co-pay claims processing
1-2 years of experience using relevant data and products preferred
