Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Case
Management for a travel nursing job in Eureka, California.Job
Description & Requirements
Shift: Day Shift, 5x8-Hour (08:00 AM - 04:30 PM)
Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
Start Date: 4/28/2025
Vaccine Requirements:
COVID-19 Vaccine: Not required
Flu Vaccine: Unknown
Requested Time Off (RTO):
Client Offer: 7 days
Requests for more than 7 days off may delay the offer
Holiday Commitment: Must work 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving,
Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD)
References:
Minimum 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment (6
months for CNAs) within the last 3 years in a comparable
specialty/setting
Floating Requirement: Must be willing to float between all
facilities within the state
Client Requirements:
Client may provide communication devices (cell phone/pager) at no
cost
If not provided, client will reimburse up to $50/month for
work-related cell phone use
Modules:
Non-billable (around 16 hours typically)
Over 20 hours requires PM approval
Must be completed pre-start and annually
Time spent on modules is self-reported in Workramp transcripts
