team.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve escalated or complex customer calls and inquiries
Provide helpful information about products and services while
promoting additional offerings
Prepare correspondence and address customer concerns or issues
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in customer service
Willingness to learn and adapt
Availability for full-time work with rotating shifts (40 hours a
week)
Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Equipment to work with (computer or laptop, headset with a
microphone)
