Job Description:
A company is looking for an EDI Support Analyst to provide
technical support and resolution for client issues related to
electronic data interchange.
Key Responsibilities
Interact with trading partners and payers to resolve client
issues
Support the development of client support documentation
Provide training to first level support representatives as
necessary
Required Qualifications
1 or more years of operations support experience within
healthcare
1 or more years of experience working within a vendor
clearinghouse
Experience with ANSI transactions and ability to read ANSI
guides
High School diploma or GED
