Job Description:

A company is looking for a Tier 1 Support Technician to provide technical support and assist staff with technology-related needs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support to internal staff and manage helpdesk tickets
Set up devices and install applications for new employees
Deliver instructional webinars and assist in onboarding new hires with technology

Required Qualifications

2+ years of helpdesk or technology support experience
Prior support experience with Windows and MacOS systems
Experience with Microsoft 365 applications
Understanding of current cyber security threats
Willingness to earn IT certifications
