Job Description:
A company is looking for a Knowledge Analyst II responsible for
analyzing and managing product-related information and
resources.
Key Responsibilities
Organize, plan, and prioritize assignments to ensure timely
completion of tasks and projects
Manage, research, and outline new and existing content by
collaborating with various departments
Develop and coordinate documentation and resources to support new
product features and changes
Required Qualifications
5 years' experience in knowledge management or a related field
(preferred)
Intermediate understanding of HTML and web content practices
(preferred)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Strong project management skills
Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office Suite
