Job Description:
A company is looking for a Consultant, Client Support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to clients, including handling relocation policy
queries and managing exception requests
Conduct daily audits for data accuracy and maintain process
documents related to relocation policies
Coordinate special projects and maintain client relationships
through consultative problem-solving
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in
relocation or assignment consultation
Experience managing complex cases and a proactive approach to
tasks
Strong initiative and a commitment to excellent service levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word,
Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents and
numerical data
