Job Description:
A company is looking for an Access Center Coordinator - Fully
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Guide patients through the healthcare system and assist with
scheduling and registration
Collect and verify patient information to ensure eligibility for
services
Provide high-quality customer service while managing inbound and
outbound calls
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of customer service and/or patient experience
Knowledge of Epic and healthcare insurance processes preferred
Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced healthcare environment
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software
