Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of School, New Programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, development, and launch of new virtual
schools
Establish academic standards and ensure compliance with state
regulations
Recruit and develop leadership teams while fostering a
collaborative school culture
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in K-12 education, with at least 3 years in
leadership roles
Proven track record of successful new program or school
development
Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related
field
Valid state teaching and/or administrative credentials
Experience with multi-state educational regulations preferred
