Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Private Money Lending Loan
Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the loan process for construction and fix-and-flip projects,
from initial contact to closing
Provide financing solutions by underwriting private money loans for
various projects
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to generate leads
and business
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a loan officer, specifically
with construction and fix-and-flip loan products
Proven ability to self-produce leads and manage a pipeline of
clients
Strong understanding of private money lending and construction
loans
Experience with underwriting, structuring, and closing private
money loans
Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload
efficiently
