Key Responsibilities

Receive and process authorization requests via phone, fax, and web
Verify eligibility and completeness of information for authorization requests
Provide customer service for follow-up on existing authorization requests

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required
Preferred 1 year of experience in a medical, healthcare, or contact center setting
Ability to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods
Adaptability to change priorities quickly and meet deadlines
