Job Description:
A company is looking for a Help Desk Support Specialist (100%
Remote) to provide technical support to users efficiently and
accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including hardware and
software provisioning
Administer and maintain Windows workstations, tablets, and
smartphones, as well as corporate applications
Respond to end-user issues through the helpdesk ticketing system
and provide timely resolutions
Required Qualifications
Associates of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer
Science, or equivalent experience
1-3 years of experience in providing help desk support
Working knowledge of help desk software, Active Directory, and
Windows client OSes
Advanced hardware and software troubleshooting skills
Experience with mobile device management and Office 365 support
