Job Description:
A company is looking for a Closing Specialist who will manage
purchase closings and ensure timely, efficient, and error-free
transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients to facilitate timely and accurate
transaction closures
Enter transaction details and calculate closing fees in the
proprietary system
Prepare closing documents and manage closing dates using daily
reports
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of three years' experience in processing real estate
transactions or two years in closing real estate transactions
Active escrow officer license through the Texas Department of
Insurance
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume work
environment
