Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Account Representative II
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Process insurance balance patient claims and resolve unpaid or
denied accounts
Follow up on unresolved patient accounts and review payer
variances
Post payments, resolve credit balances, and complete charge
corrections
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Two years of progressively responsible and directly related work
experience
Knowledge of accounts receivable software systems and medical
billing operations
Familiarity with medical reimbursement policies and payer
landscape
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
