A company is looking for a Consumer Service Specialist to handle
inbound service center calls and provide customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound service center calls and provide information on
banking-related questions
Resolve customer issues and cross-sell appropriate banking
products
Participate in ongoing training and maintain knowledge of products
and services
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of customer service or similar work experience
Knowledge of basic banking products, including checking and credit
card accounts
Ability to interact with multiple computer systems to access client
information
Basic understanding of privacy regulations and customer
authentication processes
