Job Description:

We are looking for a Full-time (36 hours a week) Licensed Vocation Nurse for an Inpatient Unit position in the Hospice setting. We are in need of an LVN who can work 3x12-hour shifts from 7pm - 7:30am. The night shift will be paid at a 10% shift differential! The Licensed Vocation Nurse can pick to work any 3 days of the week but must be able to work at least 3 weekend night shifts per month (Friday or Saturday nights). The Licensed Vocation Nurse provides direct Inpatient Care in a clinical setting for terminally ill patients and their families while functioning within a medically approved plan of care. We will consider Licensed Vocation Nurses who have at least 1 year of experience in any setting. This Hospice Inpatient Unit LVN position is with a hospice company that has been in business many years, therefore it has stability and longevity. *REQUIREMENTS FOR THE HOSPICE INPATIENT LVN POSITION: *We will accept LVN's with 1 year of experience in ANY setting, however if the nurse does have experience with med/surg patients, that is a plus including Emergency Room, Emergency Department, rehabilitation Center / skilled nursing facility SNF, home health care / visiting nurse setting, rehab hospital, correctional facility, hospital / medical center, Intensive Care Unit ICU, Medical Intensive Care Unit MICU, Surgical Intensive Care Unit SICU, Definitive Observation Unit DOU, Critical Care Unit CCU, float / pool nurse. Any experience will be accepted as long as the LVN has at least one year of licensed experience. The Licensed Vocational Nurse must have been trained as a Licensed Vocational Nurse. The Licensed Vocational Nurse must have a current LVN license in the state. The LVN must either be a US Citizen or have your green card-- no exceptions.
