Description Provides psychosocial assessment and delivery of counseling, social work and emotional support services to terminally-ill patients, and/or palliative services to patients and their families. Works as a team member to identify problems and assist patient/family members in exploring realistic options, decision making and problem solving.   • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling. Graduate from an accredited school. or Ph.D. in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling. Graduate from an accredited school.
  • Coursework/Training: Training in family counseling and case management.
  • California Clinical Social Worker License upon hire or California Marriage and Family Therapist License upon hire.
