Physician will practice in our highly regarded health system in
Northern California. NorthBay Health's Center for Primary Care
provides exceptional family practice, internal medicine and
pediatric physicians close to your home with compassionate staff

need one. Our primary health care providers take that extra step to

same-day appointments and give you options for after-hours
appointments for minor illnesses and injuries.NorthBay Health is
ideally located between the San Francisco Bay Area Region, Napa
Valley and Sacramento. With an abundance of recreation and leisure
options Northern California offers residents the landscape for
healthy active living.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Inpatient/Outpatient Responsibilities: Outpatient only
- Call Ratio: Balanced call ratio split between physicians and
sites
- Daily Patient Census: 18 patients per day
- Equipment/Resources: Access to state-of-the-art equipment and
comprehensive resources
- Provider Support: Collaborative team of physicians and Advanced
Practice Providers (APPs)Primary Responsibilities:
- Consults with patients to determine the appropriate course of
treatment
- Recommends and orders tests to determine extent of illness or
help diagnose condition
- Monitors lab results, medication adherence and medication
toxicities
- Prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication,
vaccinations, and other medical care to treat or prevent illness,
disease, or injury
- Explain and discuss procedures, test results, or prescribed
treatment with the patient
- Refers patients to medical specialists when necessary
- Represents the practice at Hospital committees in such a manner
that the burden of attending the meetings is reasonably distributed
among all of the physicians in the group
- Collaborate and manage APPs
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree
- Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Licensed to practice medicine in the state of California
- Proven experience in a primary care setting
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented
environmentCompensation and perks:
- Annual Compensation Range: $320,000 - $418,000
- Sign On Bonus/Relocation available for qualified
candidates
