in weekly taxable income-$29.00/hr-$34.00/hr*Estimate assumes an 12
hour shift. Hourly rate may change based on shift length.-$1246.00

seasonal/annual adjustmentsWe are looking for a skilled and
compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a
Physical Therapist PT you will play a crucial role in helping
patients recover and regain independence following surgery injury
or illness. You will work in a collaborative supportive environment
ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care to
achieve optimal outcomes.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Patient
Assessment amp Evaluation**: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to
assess patient mobility strength flexibility and function. Develop
individualized therapy plans based on each patient's specific needs
goals and abilities. - **Therapeutic Interventions**: Provide a
variety of treatments including manual therapy therapeutic
exercises balance training gait training and use of modalities heat
cold electrical stimulation to improve movement and manage pain. -
**Goal Setting amp Monitoring**: Set measurable and realistic
short- and long-term goals for patient recovery. Continuously track
patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. - **Patient
amp Family Education**: Educate patients and their families about
exercise programs home safety pain management and strategies for
maintaining or improving mobility and independence post-discharge.
- **Collaborative Care**: Work closely with physicians nurses
social workers and other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic
patient-centered approach to rehabilitation and recovery. -
**Documentation amp Compliance**: Maintain accurate and thorough
documentation of patient evaluations progress notes and treatment
plans in accordance with facility policies and regulatory
requirements. - **Team Support amp Leadership**: Mentor and
supervise physical therapy assistants PTAs and other team members
when applicable. Foster a positive and productive work environment
that prioritizes patient outcomes. - **Facility Safety amp
Maintenance**: Ensure that therapy equipment is maintained in safe
working condition and that the therapy area remains clean organized
and conducive to patient care.**Qualifications:**- **Education**:
Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited
institution. - **Licensure**: Current state licensure as a Physical
Therapist in good standing. CPR and First Aid certification
preferred. - **Experience**: Prior experience in post-acute care
rehabilitation or long-term care is highly desirable but not
required. New graduates are encouraged to apply. - **Skills**:
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with the ability to create
and implement individualized therapy programs. Excellent
communication skills both with patients and interdisciplinary team
members. - **Personal Traits**: A compassionate and
patient-centered approach to care. Ability to motivate and support
