• Employment Type: TravelWe are seeking an experienced Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) for a Day Shift schedule (4x10 hours per week) in Redding, California. This role is ideal for a skilled nurse with expertise in wound care management, dedicated to providing high-quality care to patients in need of specialized wound treatment.
  
  Roles and Responsibilities:
  Provide expert wound care to patients, including wound assessments, treatments, and interventions.
  Develop and implement personalized care plans for chronic and acute wounds.
  Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.
  Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner and follow care protocols.
  Educate patients and families on wound care and prevention techniques.
  Treat approximately 45-60 patients/day in a team-oriented environment with 3 wound care nurses scheduled each day with staggered start times.
  
  Requirements:
  Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Wound Care nursing.
  Certifications: BLS and WOCN (Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nursing) certification required.
  Licensure: Active California RN license.
  Ratios: 3 Wound Care Nurses scheduled each day, treating approximately 45-60 patients/day.
