    • $1,250 bonus
      
    • $600 additional travel reimbursement
      
    • Mileage Reimbursement
      
    • 13 week contract - chance of extension
      
    • Eureka, CA-- - Humboldt County
      
    • Monday-Friday : 8A - 4:30P *1 weekend shift required per 13 weeks*
      
    • 40hrs guaranteed per week
      
    • Will see max 6 patients per day
      
      Requirements:
      
      
      • 
        
      • Active Unrestricted CA License
        
      • Must have at least 1--year of recent Home Health experience--
        
      • Must have your own and reliable transportation
        
      • BLS via American Heart Association - required
        
      • Must be able to provide at least 2--supervisory references
