Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with various teams to optimize sales performance and
market strategies
Manage platform development and enhancements for tools like Spiff
and Salesforce
Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to drive revenue
growth
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance, analytics, or a
related field
3+ years of experience in an analytics-related role in a fast-paced
environment
Experience in the RCM Healthcare industry
Proficiency in Salesforce and advanced Excel data modeling
skills
Preferred experience with Power BI and payroll/commission
processing
