Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Accounting Manager to support
accounting functions within the product team and enhance software
solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the Accounting point person for deploying new
functionalities and resolving issues
Research accounting guidance and assist in drafting software
requirements and testing new features
Educate customers on new features and summarize relevant accounting
trends for leadership
Required Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience in audit or corporate accounting,
preferably at the manager level
Experience with technical research and documentation
Strong knowledge of US GAAP; experience with IFRS and GASB is a
plus
Competence in researching and interpreting relevant accounting
guidance
Ability to convey complex accounting concepts to a varied
audience
