Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Manager, Access &
Affordability - Patient Support Services - Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with manufacturers and oversee daily workflow
of staff
Monitor call center operations and ensure accuracy in
communications
Provide strategic client management and prepare reports and
presentations
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
Five years of relevant work experience, including call center
management
Understanding of insurance and adjudication processes
Minimum 5-7 years of pharmacy, healthcare, or related work
experience
1-2 years of experience using relevant data and products
preferred
