• Master's degree (or bachelor's with added experience) in healthcare or a related field.
• 5+ years leading healthcare programs, with a focus on value-based care.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in senior care.
• Proven success managing $20M+ P&Ls, optimizing revenue and costs.
