Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Collections to lead
and manage its Collections Team.
Key Responsibilities
Review the status of delinquent customers and support the team in
analyzing financial documents
Engage directly with customers during escalations and optimize team
procedures for effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and
lead improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in commercial collections or risk
management, preferably in eCommerce
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing collections
teams
Strong financial analysis skills and experience in negotiating
deals
Proficiency with software such as Salesforce, Tableau, Google
Suite, and Microsoft Excel
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced
environment
