Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee
financial reporting and accounting systems.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing accounting team
Oversee accounting functions including revenue recognition and
compliance with GAAP
Collaborate with auditors and manage the audit process for complex
transactions
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of combined accounting and finance experience,
including 1 year in a management role
Demonstrated experience in a business environment involving
hardware or inventory management
Experience with Netsuite and evolving processes in a growth stage
company
Proven leadership skills with a track record of driving results
Advanced degree in Accounting or CPA preferred
