A well-established community facility center is searching for an experienced and team oriented Family Nurse Practitioner to join their team in the beautiful Northern California Lake City . The Family Nurse Practitioner will assist the attending physicians with creating a plan of care for their patients and monitoring their progress. The Physician Assistant will primarily round on all ages of patients and will be responsible for reviewing medical records, completing daily rounds and participating in treatment plans.
